CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 orange
1 c. celery, diced
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
Nutmeats, optional

Grind cranberries and the orange (removing the white skin which is bitter). Mix with sugar and let stand overnight. Then add celery and drained pineapple. Using pineapple juice with water for Jello. Mix Jello according to directions. Mix all ingredients well and place in refrigerator in a covered dish. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12 to 16.
