BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs 2/3 c. sugar Dash of salt 12 oz. bag chocolate chips 1 Pillsbury extra (devil's food) moist cake mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat well the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Mix cake mix in a separate bowl. Fill paper-lined cupcake pans half full, and put 1 heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 36. |
