ROASTER DINNER | |
1 lb. ground steak 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1 c. bread crumbs 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. butter 3 large potatoes cut in 12 chunks 4 carrots cut in strips 4 slices of onion Combine meat, onion, green pepper, salt, milk and bread crumbs. Form into 12 balls. Roll them in flour and brown them in the butter. Place meat balls in center of roasting pan. Place potatoes, carrots and onions around meat. Cover the meat with tomatoes and water. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Bake at 350 degrees. Allow 2 hours start to prepare until done baking. |
