MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. crushed crackers
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley
9 drops Tabasco
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of salt

Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco

Pour over cooked meatballs and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
