CARROT VELVEETA | |
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh carrots 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 stick butter, melted 2 slices toasted bread Peel and slice carrots; cook until tender. Melt together Velveeta and 2/3 of butter; mix with carrots. Cut toast into cubes. Melt remainder of butter and toss cubes. Combine with carrots. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Don't know how to get them to eat vegetables? Try this!) |
