SOUR CREAM PECAN PIE 
6 eggs
3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except sugar and pecans. Beat well. Add sugar and mix. Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees. Make 3 small pies or 2 large pies.
