CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini, approx. 6 inches long, peeled and grated
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together brown and white sugar, butter and oil in large bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and stir until well mixed. Sift flour and spices together in bowl and add to egg mixture. Add grated zucchini and stir until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 45 minutes.
