CONFETTI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. Butter Flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. bakign soda
1 c. coarsely cut walnuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 c. white chocolate baking pieces
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture at low speed until blended.

Stir in walnuts, chocolate chunks, white chocolate baking pieces and milk chocolate chips. Drop two level measuring tablespoons of dough into a mound for each cookie. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes (cookies will appear moist). Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. 2 dozen 3 inch cookies.
