BROCCOLI AND GRAPE SALAD 
2 bunches of broccoli florets
1/2 lb. green grapes (can have 1/4 green and 1/4 red grapes)
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 stalks of diced celery
2 to 4 chopped green onions
1/2 to 1 c. slivered or sliced almonds

DRESSING:

Do day before and let stand in refrigerator to season: 1/8 plus c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. white raisins

NOTE: When using 2 cups mayonnaise, double the measurements for the sugar, vinegar and raisins. Mix together and serve. Serves 6 to 8 people.
