SAUERKRAUT SPRISE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda Salt 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. water 1 (8 oz.) can drained kraut Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to cream mixture, adding water. Beat after adding each one. Stir in kraut. Bake 13 x 9 inch pan 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
