KING RANCH CHICKEN 
3/4 lb. chicken, boiled (2 c.)
1 can Rotel with chilies
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 c. sour cream

Mix together Rotel, mushroom soup, chicken soup and onion together. Layer tortillas, then chicken, then Rotel mixture, then cheese. 2 layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with sour cream. Bake 15 minutes.
