1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Crush cookies. Put 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Set other half aside. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together - set aside. Mix pudding and milk together, slowly add to cheese mixture, blend well. Fold in Cool Whip to this mixture and pour over crushed cookies. Cover with remaining 1/2 of crushed cookies. Refrigerate.
