1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
16 oz. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

FIRST LAYER: Crush cookies. Mix cookies and butter and press into bottom of 9"x13" baking pan or dish. Save some cookies for topping.

SECOND LAYER: Beat cream cheese and sugar; add 2/3 of Cool Whip and save rest for fourth layer. Spread on top of cookie mixture.

THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding as directed. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

FOURTH LAYER: Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle on rest of crushed cookies. Keep refrigerated. Cut in squares to serve.
