GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
2 slices bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 (16 oz.) sliced potatoes
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. sugar (or more)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain reserving bacon grease. Stir sugar, flour, salt and pepper into grease drippings. Add water, vinegar and onion. Stir potatoes, sour cream and mustard. Serve warm.
