ROCKY ROAD S'MORES 
1 qt. brick-pack chocolate ice cream
26 cinnamon graham crackers
3 tbsp. butter
6 sqs. (1 oz. ea.) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. multicolor coated chocolate candies

Preparation: Place a cookie sheet in freezer. Cut ice cream into 3/4 inch thick slices. Cut each slice in half. Trim to fit a graham crackers. Place one square of ice cream on each of 13 crackers. Top with another cracker to form a sandwich. Place on cookie sheet in freezer. In small skillet, melt butter. Add chocolate, stirring until melted.

Remove from heat. Drizzle chocolate onto each sandwich. Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and candies. Return to freeze on cookie sheet. When chocolate is set, wrap sandwiches individually in freezer plastic wrap. Freeze until firm 3 hours.
