ONE RISE BREAD 
About 3 c. flour and or 6 c. flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 pkg. quick yeast
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
About 2 1/4 c. water

In large bowl; mix flours, salt, sugar and yeast. Add warm water slowly; mix well. Take out of bowl. Put on floured surface; knead well. Put into greased pans. Let rise until doubled in volume. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter or take a stick of butter and rub on them.
