1 pkg. Mr. Dell's frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 c. shredded cheese, American or Mozzarella
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, finely diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all of the above in a large mixing bowl. Put into a greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Melt 1/2 cup butter and drizzle over the top of the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. This is a quick casserole that can be made ahead of time.
