IMPOSSIBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before serving. Serve topped with whipped cream, nuts, cherries or chocolate sprinkles. Serves 6 to 8.
