IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE PIE 
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes & softened
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 inch. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick in blender. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Spread cheese cake topping. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

CHEESE CAKE TOPPING:

Mix 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
