RISOTTE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 garlic sausages
1/4 lb. ground meat
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. rice
4-5 c. water
3-4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large saucepan cook butter, onion and sausage until lightly brown. Add one can tomato sauce, 1 can water, Italian seasoning, simmer 1 hour. Add rice, stirring constantly until sauce is absorbed in rice. Add water and chicken bouillon cube 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Add more water if needed, rice should be slightly runny. Add cheese.
