2 baked pie shells
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Strawberries (opt.)

Mix pudding mix and milk until smooth. Add coconut. Pour into pie shells. Spread Cool Whip on top. Garnish with strawberries and additional coconut if desired.
