FONDULOHA 
2 fresh pineapples
2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
1 banana, sliced
1/3 c. peanuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 jar cherries
1 sm. apple

Cut each pineapple in 4 pieces through the green top. Remove fruit and cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients together except mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder and chill. Mix fruit with mayonnaise mixture and fill shells, sprinkle with coconut. Garnish with cherries and apple slices. Makes 8 servings.
