CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Crumble crackers and mix well with melted butter. Cook chicken and bone; place crackers, reserving 1 cup, in bottom of baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top of crackers. Mix soups and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until bubbly.
