1 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each. Add soda to buttermilk. Add vanilla. Add flour and buttermilk alternately. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in tube or bundt pan.
