ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE PIE 
3 c. zucchini sliced thin & quartered
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until brown and firm.
