JUDY'S PEANUT BUTTER FRUIT DIP 
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. (or less) brown sugar

Run peanuts through food processor until finely chopped. Remove. Add cream cheese and brown sugar to processor and blend. Add peanuts and reblend. Serve with thinly sliced apple wedges. Granny Smith's, Delicious and Ida Reds are good choices.
