GRANDMA'S IRISH BREAD 
5 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Spry
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
2 c. buttermilk or sour milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread into a large, greased and floured loaf pan or baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
