FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. prepared berries
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 pt. whipped cream

Mix cornstarch, sugar and water and cook until clear, and thick. Add the strawberry Jello, and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

When cool, add 3 cups of prepared strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream.
