MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qt. popped corn

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in 1 1/2 quart dish. Bring to boil, then cook on full power for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in soda. Put popcorn in large brown grocery bag. Pour caramel over corn. Close bag and shake. Cook in bag on high in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into pan immediately and allow to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
