SEAFOOD DRESSING MIX 
2 sticks butter
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
Salt
Pepper
Rice, cooked

Saute onions and bell pepper in butter. Add cream of mushroom soup and a little water. Add crabmeat and shrimp or crawfish. Season to taste. Cook 30 minutes on low heat. Mix with cooked rice. Bake in covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
