SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, beaten slightly

Stir in:

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste

Fold in:

1 sm. pkg. corn muffin mix

Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle over the top:

1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
