SEMOLINA DESSERT 
1 c. Semolina or Cream of Wheat
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. raisins
6 seeds cardamom
Food coloring (optional)

Use a pan to melt butter, another to roast Semolina and another to boil the milk. Melt the butter in a pan and remove from heat. Roast Semolina with half the quantity of melted butter until the grains become light brown in color.

Boil milk in another pan; add any food coloring if desired or leave plain. Add roasted Semolina and remaining melted butter, and stir for about 5 minutes until Semolina is cooked. Add sugar, raisins and crushed cardamom seeds. This recipe will yield 4-6 servings.
