STRAWBERRY AND RHUBARB JAM | |
4 c. rhubarb 4 c. strawberries 3 c. sugar Cut rhubarb in 1/2 inch piece; wash berries. Add to rhubarb and cook 20 minutes. Add sugar and cook 15 minutes longer. Pour in hot, sterile jars, and seal with 1/2 inch melted paraffin. Label. |
