QUICK BUTTERMILK CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
5 1/2-6 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter

In large bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cups flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in enough flour to make dough handleable. Dough should be soft and sticky. Knead 5 minutes.

Roll out to 1/2 inch thick, spread with butter and sprinkle heavily with cinnamon. Cover with brown sugar. Roll into long roll, cut into slices. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
