1 can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Mix sugar, flour and soda. Add eggs and the fruit cocktail. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (6 x 10 inch pan).
