BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices day old bread
1 lb. cooked sausage, drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Chunk bread and place on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, top with sausage. Mix eggs, 2 cups milk, mustard and salt. Pour over top of sausage and bread. Mix 1/4 cup milk with cream of mushroom soup. Top grated cheese over all. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
