CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 35 minutes.

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
16 oz. can Hershey's syrup

Mix until smooth. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cool.

FILLING:

Mix:

2 c. 10x sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 or 3 tbsp. creme de menthe

Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together, cool a little. Pour over cake and spread. Cut into squares.
