CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
STEP 1:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients (beat). Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes and cool completely.

STEP 2:

Beat the following ingredients: 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. creme de menthe (green)

Spread mixture over cooled brownie layer and allow to harden.

STEP 3:

Melt: 6 tbsp. butter

Allow to cool and spread over creme de menthe layer. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes, cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inches squares.
