MINT BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 squares melted chocolate, cooled
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Green food coloring
Mint extract
1 square melted unsweetened chocolate

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Add chocolate. Bake for 20-25 minutes in greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Cool.

Mix powdered sugar with butter and milk for frosting. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mint extract to taste. Frost brownies. Drizzle melted unsweetened chocolate over frosting. Let set and cut into squares.
