CHERRY COFFEE CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda Combine in order. Spread half of dough in greased 9x13 pan. Pour 1 can pie filling over this. Drop by teaspoon, remaining dough, on top of pie filling. TOPPING: 1/4 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
