SNAPPY VEGETABLE DIP 
1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped pimento

Combine process cheese spread and sour cream in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers. Approximately 3/4 cup.
