SPINACH SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) bag spinach
Bean sprouts
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
Mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
4 hard boiled eggs
Avocado (optional)
Purple onion, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and combine dressing. Put dressing on right before you are going to serve it.
