SHRIMP & SCALLOPS IN AVOCADOS 
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. med. shrimp
1 lb. baby scallops
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 avocados, sliced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 green onions, chopped

Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute onions, shrimp, scallops and garlic in butter until tender (about 5 minutes). Layer avocado slices in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour seafood mixture over avocados. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned. Serve hot with French bread. Makes 4 servings.
