1 lb. ground beef

1 tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. Lipton onion/mushroom soup mix
4 c. water
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. minute rice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Combine ingredients; let simmer about 1 hour.
