TACO PIE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 1/2 lb. ground round or ground chuck
1 chopped green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Line a 9 inch pan with crescent rolls. Mix ground meat and pepper. Brown and drain. To meat add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on bottom of pie shell. Layer 1/2 of meat mixture; then lay on 2 slices of Mozzarella cheese. Add rest of meat. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Crisscross with strips of Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes. Shredded Mozzarella may be used instead of slices.
