MARJO CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix and press into a greased springform pan.

FILLING:

1 lb. sm. curd cream style cottage cheese
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. (1 lb.) dairy sour cream

1. Sieve cottage cheese into large mixing bowl.

2. Add softened cream cheese and beat until well beaten and creamy.

3. Beat at high speed and stir in sugar and eggs.

4. Reduce speed and add cornstarch and vanilla.

5. Add melted butter and sour cream. Beat until smooth.

Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour and 10 minutes (or until firm around edges). Turn off oven and let stand in oven for about 2 hours. Remove and let cool completely on wire rack. Chill. Remove side of pan.
