CHICKEN CHARTREUSE 
1 hen, boiled and deboned
1 lg. onion, grated
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
2 c. rice
1 stick butter
6 slices bread

Mix chicken, onion, soup, broth and rice together. Pour into baking dish. Toast bread to golden brown. Crush. Mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
