CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
Maraschino cherries, drained & frozen
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter
Eagle Brand milk
12 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 block paraffin

Mix sugar, butter and enough Eagle Brand milk to make a very stiff dough. Pinch off pieces of dough and form into flat circles and wrap around cherries. Using toothpick, dip balls into chocolate and paraffin that has been melted in double boiler.
