CHEF-WAY DEEP-FRY BATTER 
1 c. plain pancake mix (Bisquick mix)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. Chef-Way oil

Blend together dry ingredients in small mixing bowl. Make a well in center and mix in beaten egg, milk and oil. Blend until dry ingredients are moistened. Coat dry vegetables or etc. with batter and drop in hot 350°F to 375°F oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
