POULET CHASSEUR 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can black or green olives, drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
Salt and pepper

Brown chicken, onion, and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sherry. Cook slowly for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. In the last 5 minutes, add olives. Serve with rice or noodles.
